sorry this is a bit late.
i was swamped w the event we hosted last weekend and am still recovering.
here's the - plus just a little bit more possibly - class breakdown from the one i taught on friday morning.
Tuckety Tuck Tuck.
Shimmies (we did these in warm-ups)
Layered on sinking and rising
Layered on a flat twist
Layered on a flat hip circle
Hands – Pulses (undulations), Persian Rolls
Draw the Bow with one-sided undulation
Snake Arms layered on sinking and rising
(Layered on undulation)
Large upper torso figure 8’s (infinity signs)
Angled back
Flat plane out to the side - Large and Small
Chest Circles into a downward undulation
Hip pulses (raising the hands) followed by faux Indian arm movements in opposition (down the centerline of the body and sweeping out to the side and up)
(Layered with an undulation or stomach roll)
Maya and Gush combination with sinking
